Western Wedding Magazine is entering a new season of growth and is seeking an Editorial and Digital Media Intern to support content development, vendor relationships, and digital expansion.

This position is designed for an individual who values thoughtful storytelling, appreciates western heritage and design, and wants hands-on experience inside a niche publication.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐞

Western Wedding Magazine highlights authentic western love stories and curates features that celebrate craftsmanship, tradition, and modern western aesthetics. The publication serves couples and vendors across the western wedding industry and is currently expanding its digital presence and partnership structure.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 —

• Correspond with couples regarding feature opportunities
• Assist with vendor outreach and relationship management
• Review feature submissions and manage inbox communications

𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 —

• Schedule and publish social media content
• Manage and grow Pinterest strategy
• Upload and format blog features
• Organize and maintain the Western Vendor Directory

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 —

• Assist with preferred vendor partnership coordination
• Audience growth & community reactivation initiatives
• Contribute to seasonal campaigns and publication projects

This intern will work directly with the Founder and gain exposure to publication management, partnership development, brand positioning, and digital strategy.

• Strong written communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Familiarity with social media platforms and Pinterest
• Interest in the western lifestyle and wedding industry
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
