You won’t believe what is inside these momos 😍

Lauki Momos -

Ingredients -
1. Lauki 1/2
2. Paneer 100g
3. Garlic minced 1/1 tsp
4. Soy sauce 1 tsp
5. Salt 1/2 tsp
6. Maida 1 cup
7. Cornstarch 2 tbsp
8. Salt 1 tsp
9. Oil 1 tsp
10. Lukewarm water

- for stuffing grate lauki and using a muslin cloth or hand squeeze out the water. Transfer it to a bowl.
- Now add crumbled paneer, salt, minced garlic and soy sauce. Mix it well.
- Now to prepare the dough combine maida, cornstarch, salt, oil and lukewarm water. Knead a soft dough. Cover and set it aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Now take a bog portion of dough, roll it thin. Now use a round cutter and cut it. Add the stiffing in the centre and prepare momos.
- Place them in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes on medium heat.

Tea time dates cookies

Ingredients -
1. Dates 200g
2. Almonds 100g
3. Hot water 1/4 cup
4. Ghee 1 tsp
5. Salt a pinch

Procedure -
- remove the seeds from the dates and add hot water. Let it sit for 10 mins.
- In a food processor, add almonds and food process until it becomes fine.
- Now add dates, salt and ghee. Food process it again.
- Now transfer it to a bowl.
- In a baking tray, place a small portion of the mixture, spread it using a spoon to make flat cookies.
- Bake it at 200 degrees for 8 minutes.

Paneer Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:
• 2 liters full-fat milk
• 2 tbsp vinegar (for curdling)
• Water (for rinsing paneer)
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 4 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp lime juice

Method:
1. Make the Paneer:
• Boil 2 liters of milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.
• Once it comes to a boil, add 2 tbsp vinegar while stirring gently until the milk curdles and separates into whey and curds.
• Strain through a cheesecloth and rinse with a little room temperature water to remove the vinegar taste.
• Squeeze out excess water and let the paneer rest for a few minutes.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:
• Transfer the prepared paneer to a food processor.
• Add 1 cup Greek yogurt, 4 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and 1 tbsp lime juice.
• Blend until smooth and creamy, without lumps.
3. Bake the Cheesecake:
• Line a bread baking pan with parchment paper.
• Pour in the cheesecake mixture and smooth out the top.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 50 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is slightly wobbly.
4. Chill and Set:
• Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature.
• Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to firm up.
5. Serve:
• Slice and serve plain, or top with fresh fruits, fruit compote, or a drizzle of honey.
