Just found this poor sweet little girl on my mother’s door step, begging for help. I quickly named her Tootsie and told her I would get her somewhere safe. Thanks to Ticonderoga Animal Hospital and Angel Connection for taking her in and getting her the help she desperately needs! With time and love hopefully this sweet girl will be available for adoption to a good forever home!
