Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please review the updated drop-off and pick-up procedures for our campus for the upcoming school year. To ensure the safety of our students and a smooth traffic flow, please share these guidelines with anyone responsible for transporting your child.

Traffic Routes & Drop-off/Pick-up Locations

Javelina Dr. Traffic: Javelina Dr. is strictly a ONE-WAY street during designated drop-off and pick-up times. Turning onto Javelina Dr. from Popeye Lane is prohibited.

Stadium Parking Lot: Accessible for both drop-off and pick-up.

Pre-K through 1st Grade: Drop-off and pick-up will take place on the DTR East Side.

2nd through 5th Grade Drop-off: Located at the LDZ Cafeteria. Students may also be dropped off at the Stadium Parking Lot and walk to the cafeteria.

8:00 AM Gates Closed: All gates will be closed by 8:00 AM. Students arriving after 8:00 AM must be dropped off through the DTR main building office.

2nd and 3rd Grade Pick-up: Located at the LDZ Cafeteria line.

4th and 5th Grade Pick-up: Located at the LDZ main building parking lot.

General Safety Guidelines

Vehicle Occupancy: All drivers must remain inside their vehicles during drop-off and pick-up.

Car Tags Required: A physical car tag must be displayed for student pick-up. Drivers without a valid car tag will be directed to the DTR building office, where they must present proper identification and be listed on the approved pick-up list to collect their child.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our students safe. Please reach out to the main office if you have any questions.
