Dear survivors,
Survival Heroes was launched on September 1, 2018, and it has been six wonderful years since then. We sincerely thank all players for their support and love. While operating the game, we have also been delighted to witness the various interesting and touching stories that players have encountered in the game.
We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, Survival Heroes Canyon will close its servers on October 31.
Following this announcement, Survival Heroes will be removed from the platform, and in-game purchases and new player downloads will be disabled. Additionally, we will be giving out 500 tickets daily through in-game events and making all limited-time skins available, allowing players to complete their final collections.
For players who made purchases between June 29 and September 29, you can visit our other mobile games, such as Taichi Panda, Age of Wushu Dynasty, Conquest Empires 2, Dark and Light and etc, and contact our official customer service. Based on your total spending, you will receive corresponding new player gift packs, as detailed below:
0-50 USD: Journey Gift Pack (approx. $5)
50-100 USD: New Player Gift Pack (approx. $10)
100-200 USD: Intermediate Gift Pack (approx. $50)
201-500 USD: Advanced Gift Pack (approx. $100)
> 500 USD: Contact customer service for rewards based on specific amounts
