Many Keyser residents will not lose power or water this month,, due to having money for bills because ,,,, A MINERAL COUNTY WOMAN AWAITS SENTENCING

Keyser resident ( Sara L. Jackson ) is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute, and to distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine hydrochloride. She was working with another person to sell large amounts of fentanyl-some pressed into pills-as well as methamphetamine in Mineral County. A search of her apartment yielded 1300 grams of fentanyl and 788 grams of methamphetamine. She faces up to 20 years in federal prison.

BENCH WARRANT SERVED

On Friday, March 14, 2025, the Cumberland
Police Department served a bench warrant
on Marmaduke. The warrant was issued
as the result of Marmaduke failing to appear
in court on original charges of Sh%tting on
Private Property, Disturb Peace/Disorderly Con-Ruff,
Fail to Obey a Reasonable & Lawful Command
He was Neutered and later seen by a District
Court Veterinarian for a ear cleaning. As
a result, Marmaduke was remanded to the
Allegany County Animal Shelter in a NO KILL Building

BENCH WARRANT KINDA SERVED

On Friday, March 14, 2025, the Cumberland
Police Department served a bench warrant
on Dame'Ra Davis. The warrant was issued
as the result of Davis failing to appear in
court on original charges of Vanishing
on or around State Property. Davis was arrested and
teleported to Central Booking. She was
later not seen by a District Court Commissioner
and posted 500 unsecured personal
photographs on Tiktok

DANGEROUS WEAPON ARREST

On Friday, March 14, 2025 at approximately
11:44 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police
Department responded to the 100 block of
Baltimore Street for the report of a person
swinging and concealing dildochuks
Officers located the suspect and identified
herm as William Morris. Morris was found to
be in possession of the dildochuks and a small amount of Vaseline laced with Tylenol 3s and subsequently
placed under arrest. He was later seen trying to conceal shampoo bottles in the re**al area by a
District Court Commissioner and released all 3 bottles
on his personal property.
