🥂🥂Double Closing Day Celebration!
Congratulations, Luis & Cristina!
🏡🏡Two homes. One big move. A dream come true!

I met Luis and Cristina about a year and a half ago—right after they had listed their home with another agent. For a few months, we searched for their next home while they waited for theirs to sell… but the marketing and pricing strategy in place just wasn’t getting results from the other listing agent.

I offered some suggestions—but legally, my hands were tied. Eventually, they hit pause and we said our goodbyes.

Fast forward to just before the holidays this past year… I got the call:
