Being completely transparent, I don’t bake gluten free, this was special and after research I did buy the best mix I could find with best reviews since I don’t have most of the ingredients, baking gluten free also means what you use to grease your pan and inclusions are gluten free also, not all baking sprays or chocolate chips are.
This smelled amazing baking I could definitely smell the cinnamon. 😋🧡

This week 17-21 is booked,
I have 1 maybe 2 sourdough openings I can add to this week then the kitchen is closed…I’m leaving for LA the 22nd coming home the day before Thanksgiving.

Orange, Cranberry &
Walnut Sourdough

Start with a classic sourdough recipe:
What I use…
100g of starter
350g of filtered room temp water
500g organic/unbleached all purpose flour
10g of sea salt
I used a half a jar (6 oz) orange marmalade mixed in with my starter and water and during my fourth stretch and fold I added one cup of Craisins cranberries and one cup of chopped walnuts.
Follow original recipe for baking.
The orange marmalade gives it the perfect sweetness throughout your loaf.
I absolutely love this one for Autumn!🍂 Enjoy!!!
