Goodmorning!
I havenā€™t baked in a couple of weeks itā€™s been a busy month and yesterday I started my sourdough, my house is way too coldā€¦by the time I went to bed at 10:30pm my dough had not doubled at all in 5 hours of BF, so I was like you know what Iā€™m gonna leave it here and just see what happens. I have never done that before overnight, so I wake up today and this is what I see. I shaped it and now cold proofing it and lets see what happens!šŸ©¶
