Hereā€™s a picture of ļæ¼the sourdough rye bread that I baked and posted yesterday for my friend and her husband, they said it was absolutely wonderful and they compared it to a sourdough and rye having a baby šŸ˜Š Here is a picture of the inside crumb she sent. At the request of a friend, I followed a recipe I found online and I have to say not feeling good about it. Dough feels very ā€œheavyā€.

Iā€™m sorry Iā€™ve been MIAā€¦Iā€™ve been getting ready to send our daughter off to college (the one that makes us empty nesters) we move her into her dorm in the morning and she asked me to please make her a sourdough loaf to take with heršŸ„¹here it is. I will slice it in the morning before we go. She loves it with peanut butter. This is going to be a hard ā€œsee ya laterā€šŸ©¶
