Your finances play a huge role in your mental space, your mental clarity, and sometimes even your physical well-being.
When your finances feel out of control, it can create stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. And that’s not the life we want people living.
So I created budgeting systems that allow you to sit down and really look at your money (whether it looks good, bad, or somewhere in between) and still love what you have. Sometimes we forget something really important. We’re so quick to say, ‘I don’t have any money… I don’t have any money…’
But the truth is, sometimes we do have money. It may not be how much we need or want, but we do have something nonetheless. And even if it doesn’t stay in our pockets long, there’s still something to be grateful for in having the opportunity to earn it.
We have to remeber that self care isn't always skin deep.

A lot of people think lotion is the answer to dry skin but the truth is, lotion often isn’t enough to truly nourish and protect your skin. No matter where you live, the issue is the same: most lotions contain a high percentage of water. Water-based products may feel hydrating at first, but that moisture can evaporate quickly, leaving your skin dry again not long after applying it. This is where body butters make a difference.
