Today, we made our way to R&R Crafthouse Grill in Cypress, Texas, to check out something that honestly sounds like it shouldn't work… but somehow totally does.

A crispy, savory fried chicken breast paired with a cold scoop of vanilla ice cream, you pause and say, "Wait… what?" And then take a bite and go, "Okay… I get it now."
