SWAT team on campus training earlier inside the old fine arts building. There were placard signs telling students that it’s only a training exercise but no advance information was provided to students nor to The Chronicle.

The new Foodture hot food vending machines were brought onto campus yesterday as an option for evening students to receive hot meals while on campus after the Charger Cafe closes services for the day.

One vending machine is located on the north side of the College Complex building next to the other vending machines that have snacks and drinks and the second machine is located by the Health Center.

The current options include pepperoni pizza, gluten-free cheese pizza, and pasta carbonara. According to Stephen Schoonmaker, Vice President of Administrative Services, the options will increase as students begin using the machines and the demand for different items becomes evident.
