Another Premium Mountain Tract SOLD in Gilmer County! 🔥
This week we closed on a beautiful 34-acre mountain property in Gilmer County, GA — and while the land itself was incredible, what stood out most to me was the story behind the sale.
The seller lived several states away and couldn’t be here in person. From our very first conversation, they said something that stuck with me: “I just need to know my land is in good hands.” That’s a powerful thing to hear. Land isn’t just dirt and trees.
