The Klover at GoodLand Hocking Hills is just stunning. Cedar cladding, tucked in the woods, wood fired hot tub by GOODLAND what more could you want? Inside is perhaps one of the best interiors i have seen for this floor plan type. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a beautiful kitchen/dining space. Every detail in the home is intentional. The Forest Ridge by Darryl Costin Jr. this is a brand new modern home with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very spacious and open layout with lots of windows. Tucked in the back of 12 acres here in souther Ohio by Hocking Hills State Park means total privacy! What do you think?

Inside the The River Nook Airbnb this place has a little history… I bought this tiny house many years ago, renovated it, and hosted it in Airbnb for a little while. I ended up selling it and I thought I’d never seen it again. Well one day on airbnb I saw this listing randomly pop up. My old tiny house! It’s now living a new life here in Cincinatti Ohio right down the road from Riverbend Music Center. So if you like concerts and tiny houses, this is the place to visit. Check out my YouTube video where I meet with the owner and hear how she ended up being the new owner of this tiny house!
