📢 Exciting News for KXIT Radio! 🎶

After 22 incredible years, KXIT is turning the page to a new chapter. Starting October 1, 2025, Jesse Torres will be the new Owner and CEO/GM of KXIT Radio right here in Dalhart! 🙌

Operations will soon move back to our original tower and transmitter site on HWY 385 North, with renovations already underway. While the location may change, our mission stays the same — bringing you local news, hometown sports, Classic Rock programming, and community highlights you can count on.

We’re so thankful for our loyal listeners, advertisers, and community support — and we’re excited for what’s ahead! 💛

We honor the courage of first responders, the strength of survivors, and the memory of those we lost on 9/11. May we always stand united. ❤️🤍💙

Lord, as we pause to remember the lives lost and the heroes who rose on 9/11, our hearts are also heavy for all that our country has faced in these past days. In the midst of uncertainty and unrest, we ask for Your peace to calm our fears and Your comfort to surround those who are hurting. Heal the broken places in our communities and in our hearts. Help us to see one another with compassion, to speak with grace, and to choose unity over division. Restore our hope, renew our strength, and remind us that even in the darkest of times, light can rise again. Amen. 🇺🇸
