🔥 What a day with the teenagers at the YBBC Summer Camp at St. Philips Church of God in Christ! 🔥

Growth, Fun, and Knowledge was in the building. These young people came READY.

I came in as the special guest to talk about something that affects every single one of them: how AI is changing the future of business, and how THEY can be on the right side of that change.

We got into three industries they already care about:

🏠 Real Estate. AI is doing the research, the pricing, the listing descriptions. The winners are the people who know the tools.

🎵 Music. AI is in the studio and in the business office. Creative + tools = a real edge.

📱 Social Media. These teenagers are already creating content. Content skills + AI knowledge = a real income stream.

We also talked about careers in AI and how the job market for teens and young adults is being RE-CREATED right now. Not going away. Being rebuilt. And the ones who learn it early get to help build it.

The highlight? Students got to project their future selves using AI. Suits. Studios. Boardrooms. When a teenager sees themselves in that seat, something shifts. ✨

30 days to an automated business.

Most people think AI is about replacing people.

I think it's about freeing up your people — starting with you.

Here's the roadmap:

Week 1 — Identify your lane. What do people already pay you for? Real estate, taxes, hair, fitness, childcare, ministry, construction. Write down 10 questions your niche always asks.

Week 2 — Train your AI on you. Paste your bio, your tone, your audience into Claude or ChatGPT. Generic AI stays generic. Trained AI sounds like you.

Week 3 — Publish. Use your trained AI to answer one of those 10 questions. Film it. Post it. Don't wait for perfect.

Week 4 — Automate one thing. Set up auto-responses for comments, DMs, or texts. A simple "Thanks — here's the next step" handled automatically saves hours and keeps people moving.

Day 31+ — Stack the system. Every month, remove one manual task and replace it with automation. Not a sprint. An architecture.

Unpopular opinion: Stop teaching kids to code.

I said what I said.

We are out here forcing 10-year-olds to memorize syntax while AI is literally writing better code than most junior devs right now. That's not education.

Yes it's good for critical thinking but we can be relevant and provide critical thinking skill development.

Today's children will one day be expecte, to be able to look at a problem and know what to build.

That's architecture. That's clarity. That's systems thinking.

You cannot automate good judgment. But we're spending all our time teaching the stuff that already got automated.

So yeah. Stop teaching kids to code. Teach them to build.

Big difference.
