Odin’s Call is proud to introduce “The Darkverse”. This is an interconnected horror anthology series that founder, Daniel Goodfriend, has been working up to since 2020.
These days, there are a lot of “ending explained” articles. The viewers that we’ve spoken to have expressed no confusion, but with a cinematic universe, things can get confusing! So we’re here to provide you with a rundown of the story so far:

CHRONOLOGICAL SHORT FILM ORDER:
1.) Home Invasion (released 05/2020)
2.) Berserk (released 10/2021)
3.) Berserk II: Town Harvest (released 10/2023)

Many plans have been made for the future of this series. We offer a sincere thank you to all of the viewers that have been with us since Home Invasion, and to all of the cast/crew of these projects.
And without further ado, here is a rundown of events:
1.) Home Invasion is a story about a masked intruder that breaks into a suburban home, murders a male occupant, and pursues the female occupant. In the end, he is apprehended by police, and gunned down.
2.) Days after the failed “harvest” in the suburban neighborhood, three women are kidnapped from a nearby rural town and brought to the woods to be slaughtered. These events are portrayed in the first Berserk film. The short ends with a reveal that these so-called “harvests” are hunts for people, so that they can be eaten by a mysterious cult with unknown motives.
3.) Fast forward 3 months later. The Torturer from the first film’s younger brother looks to prove himself to the cult in a big way. He attempts to be the first butcher to complete a harvest entirely in town. He is given the mask of the failed Invader from Home Invasion by the cult leader. The Torturer’s brother chooses his victim poorly, and winds up a victim of hers.
4.) Days later, the Torturer from the first Berserk film is informed of his brother’s death by the cult leader.
5.) Simultaneously, the woman from Home Invasion contacts the woman from Berserk II to inform her of what happened months before…
