The first portion of the course will focus on the book of Acts, which provides a divinely inspired narrative of Paul’s dramatic conversion, his three missionary journeys, and his journey to Rome under arrest. Faith Affirming Findings is now Available for Pre-Order on Amazon! What People are Saying:

Dr. Paul Weaver’s new book, Faith Affirming Findings, is a treasure-trove of well-organized, accessible evidence for the truth and reliability of the Bible. If you’re a Christian seeking to encourage and inform others, or a seeker investigating the claims of the Bible, Faith Affirming Findings will open your eyes to the rich world of archeological corroboration. Faith Affirming Findings will be a welcome addition to the libraries of believers or first-time investigators.

Wow! I wish I had this book before recording 22 hours of video highlighting the major archeological finds affirming the Bible. Dr. Weaver nails it! He clearly shows that the Bible is corroborated by major archeological findings, and that those who say otherwise
have a lot more faith than believers. This very practical book is highly recommended!

Throughout my Bible teaching career, I’ve always wished that there was a single source that would bring together the most significant archaeological findings relevant to biblical studies. It has finally arrived. Faith Affirming Findings is accurate and accessible – engaging and enjoyable. It reflects an honest engagement with the scholars but is written for the serious student of the Scriptures. With the ability to update the media linked to the QR codes, this valuable resource will live long and well. I couldn’t recommend this book more highly!

Chancellor and Sr. Professor of Bible Exposition

“Paul Weaver has done a service for both scholars and laymen in this unique work. He has gathered information spread across a library of different volumes into one source and has carefully explained how these discoveries of ancient items can illuminate for us our Biblical texts. He is careful also to show how these discoveries vindicate the truth of our ancient Scriptures.”

Dr. William Varner Professor, Biblical Languages and Bible Exposition, The Master’s University

Do archaeological discoveries support or contradict the Bible? Where can someone go to find a reliable answer to that question? While a trip to Israel can certainly help, Dr. Paul Weaver’s new book provides an even more cost-efficient option. In Faith Affirming Findings, Dr. Weaver takes the reader on a tour of museums around the world exploring 50 archaeological finds that demonstrate the accuracy and reliability of God’s Word. Each chapter focuses on a unique discovery and includes photos, relevant Scripture passages, and detailed information on what was uncovered and how it helps affirm the Bible. While the book provides a fascinating look at each discovery, the additional Passage Index and Biblical Name Index guarantee the book will rest on my reference shelf, allowing me to track down archaeological answers as I’m studying the Bible. Dr. Weaver has done a great service to all Bible students who want to know how archaeology affirms our trust in God’s Word. Buy it. Read it. And then be sure to reference it later in your studies!

In Faith Affirming Findings, Paul Weaver has created a resource that will benefit all who value the important dialogue between the biblical text and archaeological record. He writes from within the faith community and clearly holds a high view of Scripture. I plan to carry a copy of Faith Affirming Findings with me when I lead tours in the Holy Land.

Faith is under fire today like never before. The internet and social media are flooded with challenges to God’s Word, undermining confidence in its accuracy and authority. This book provides a strong cure for this confidence crisis. Carefully presenting one discovery after another, Dr. Weaver shows how archaeology corroborates and confirms the Bible. I recommend this book for pastors, youth leaders, Bible study teachers, and anyone else in search of strong apologetical, archaeological evidence supporting the divine origin of the Bible.

The Bible is rooted in the soil of history, and indeed, its reliability has been confirmed numerous times as archaeologists have uncovered a long list of artifacts and ruins. This book makes this information accessible, serving as a resource that will be eagerly used by those who want to shed light on biblical history and how it confirms our faith. Additionally, it is indexed for easy reference and features a glossary. This user-friendly resource will be a handy reference for all those who want to study passages in their historical context and learn how historical research can shed light on the meaning of certain passages.

Pastor Emeritus, Moody Church, Chicago

As we discover more artifacts in Israel and surrounding countries, we have further confirmation of the accuracy and historicity of the Bible. One book that will increase your faith in these archeological finds is Dr. Paul Weaver’s new book, Faith Affirming Findings. You learn of the top 50 archaeological discoveries that document the accuracy and reliability of God’s Word. This book is a great companion to his podcast and YouTube videos.

Faith Affirming Findings is a rare and timely gift to this generation! Dr. Weaver masterfully bridges the gap between the often-intimidating world of biblical archaeology and the everyday student of Scripture. Each discovery is thoughtfully unpacked to affirm the Bible’s historical reliability, reinforcing that our faith is grounded in real events, real places, and real people. Whether you’re a pastor, teacher, or simply someone who loves the Word, this resource will deepen your confidence in Scripture and equip you to study and share it with fresh clarity and conviction.

Faith Affirming Findings reminds us that the Bible is not only a book of faith but also a book grounded in history. This compelling survey of top archaeological discoveries demonstrates how the spade continues to confirm the Scriptures. With clarity and conviction, Paul Weaver shows how these findings strengthen our confidence in God's Word. Here's my recommendation. Buy two copies: one to read and one to give to a friend. It’s that good!

Dr. Ray Pritchard

Faith Affirming Findings is a clear, useful, and interesting presentation of ancient finds that support the Bible. The Bible is reliable without these finds. But our reading of the Bible is deepened by their discoveries. When archaeologists dusted the dirt off what lay buried for millennia, they found support for what the Bible taught all along. And it’s all very interesting! In this book, Dr. Weaver puts these distant discoveries within reach in one spot. If you are passionate about God’s Word (and have a bit of Indiana Jones deep within!), Faith Affirming Findings is your next book.

Dr. Jonathan Murphy
Senior Pastor of Stonebriar Community Church, Frisco, TX.
Professor of Pastoral Ministries, Dallas Theological Seminary.
Faith Affirming Findings by Paul Weaver is so much more than a book or even a library of instructional videos. It's a passport that will give you unrestricted access to 50 essential archaeological discoveries. It's a trowel that will allow you to mine treasures of the past and relevantly apply them to our present and future. And most importantly, it's a foundation that will help you confidently build your personal confidence in the historic reliability of God's Word to new heights. While I don't believe it's possible to reason someone into our faith, I am confident our faith is indeed reasonable. I personally can't wait to share Paul's meticulously researched insights with those I teach, and I encourage you to join me in this worthy pursuit.
