It’s a New Day, with New Mercies and Grace🙌🏾

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray for the individual who is reading this prayer.

Lord, we humbly come before you with repentant hearts and minds. Forgive us of our sins knowingly and unknowingly. Allow us to seek you in all things. I pray that our hearts, minds, and spirits are in alignment with your will.

Lord, grant us wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of your word. We pray for discernment to hear your voice, gain wisdom in our decisions. Prepare and purify our hearts for your desires and not our own. Change mindsets, heart postures, and allow us to have a clear vision of what your desires for each of us are. We do not know the day or hour of your return, allow us to be about our Father's business and not to become distracted by the things of this world (for these things are temporary.) Allow us to focus on the eternal things.

Lord, you are Holy, allow us to dwell in your presence to seek all that you have for each of us. To become more in your image. We seek to become more like you, we desire to live and operate in the purpose that you have for each of us. Where we are weak you are strong. Your word said, we can seek you in all things…continually.

Search for the Lord and for his strength; continually seek him.

Allow this day for each of us to operate as it was intended. Allow us to impart a word/prayer to a dying world. Bless each of us to be a vessel for you. Those who are lost and do not know you, provide the opportunity to hear of you and your word.

This fast is a sacred invitation to align your heart, mind, and spirit with God’s divine order. Each day we will build on a spiritual layer; covenant, communion, and clarity so you can walk boldly in purpose and proclaim the Good News.

Day 1: Covenant Alignment

Let our focus begin by renewing our covenant with God, standing on His promises and committing to walk faithfully.

Prayer: Lord, align me with Your eternal promises and keep me faithful to You.

Fasting Type: Water/Liquid Only (Pressed Juices)

Journal Reflection: Journal how God has kept His covenant in your life.

Day 2: Prayer Language & Surrender

📖 Luke 9:23 – Take up your cross daily and follow Me.

We deepen our spiritual alignment through surrender and Spirit-led prayer. Let your heart be fully yielded and your communion with God be rich and honest.

Prayer: Holy Spirit, deepen my prayer life and teach me to surrender fully to Your will.

Journal Reflection: Meditate on what God is revealing through prayer and surrender.

Day 3: Power of Discernment

Discernment is essential for alignment. As we close the fast, we ask God to sharpen our spiritual senses so we can walk wisely and proclaim truth with clarity.

Prayer: Lord, sharpen my discernment so I may walk in Your wisdom and truth.

I have learned throughout my life the power of 🗣️words!

I’ve experienced words from others that tore me down, created self-doubt, and uncertainty.

Everyday I experience the words that God says who I am, who He created me to be and who I am in Him!

Words have that power.

I’ve witnessed it up close:
With my family.
With my clients.
With total strangers.

Words can either:

🗣️Break spirits
🗣️Or build confidence
🗣️Close hearts
🗣️Or open doors

And here’s the truth:
You choose which.

Use your words to:

🗣️Edify
🗣️Inspire
🗣️Educate
🗣️Empower
🗣️Show gratitude
🗣️Encourage
🗣️Elevate

The world doesn’t need more noise.
It needs your intentional voice.

Speak on purpose.
Speak to lift.

Because the right words don’t just echo.
They transform.

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this age, against spiritual host of wickedness and heavenly places-Ephesians 6:12 Just as God has a plan for you and I, so does Satan. Satan‘s plan is to steal from you and destroy your life. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. -John 10:10 He (Satan) never takes a day off. STOP BLOCKING YOUR OWN BLESSINGS!

Sometimes the biggest battle isn’t what’s happening to us—but what we’re doing to ourselves.
Self-sabotage keeps us stuck in cycles God has already given us the power to break.

The moment we surrender our need to control the outcome and truly trust God, our faith begins to grow—and the chains begin to fall.
This is not the season to live lukewarm. God is calling you to go ALL IN.

Release control. Surrender. Repent. Allow God to take full control.

He wants your mind, your attitude, your heart.

Your faith, your peace.

Understand that you're not being attacked over the tangible things in your life; the enemy is fighting you over the things you can't see.

I have learned and it is my routine first before getting out of bed, to thank God for a brand new day and brand new mercies. I say a small prayer to command my morning/day, asking God to utilize the day that He has purposed for me.

I have learned to speak with the authority given to me by our Heavenly Father! To speak over and command my day.

Lord. I Command a Day of Unshakable Confidence! Mighty God, I stand in the authority of Your Word, declaring that this day is under my command and guided by Your will. For it is written, I decree that every step I take today is firm and unshaken.
I command my morning to bring forth strength, clarity, and divine favor. I reject fear, doubt, and hesitation, for Your Word says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). I speak life into every hour of this day; I command doors of opportunity to open before me, and I silence every voice of discouragement. My heart is steadfast, my mind is alert, and my spirit is confident because I walk in the fullness of Your promises.

Today, I am victorious, and nothing formed against me shall prosper. I command this day, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
