We originally weren’t planning to bring the slab up the wall here because we were told there wouldn’t be enough material. But after installation, they let us know there was extra and said we could do the wet bar—my husband was all in and told them, “Of course, that would be awesome!”
Well… this is what we came back to the next day (see photo). Now I’m torn. It just feels really out of place. The sides are sooo thick lol My husband thinks we can just tile the rest of the wall, but I’m worried it’ll still look off. I don’t even have the heart to ask for it to be removed at this point. What would you do?
P.S. I know it’s not perfect, but I’m trying my best to figure it out. My design confidence is hanging by a thread lol
