If you’re new to —welcome! Our names are Bart & Maddie and we own and run SWL. Bart has been a musician for over 3 decades and spent nearly as long in customer service and # runs all of the day to day operations from sound checks and recording to maintenance/janitorial and all client booking. Maddie mostly spends her time working on the back end of the business, behind the scenes, but helps with special events (and even occasionally brings in cookies and treats for clients). We work hard every day to make a welcoming and safe environment for all genres of music and musicians of all backgrounds. We live just a few miles from our business, love supporting other local East Dallas businesses, and believe wholeheartedly in the vibrancy of the Dallas music community.
