LinkedIn just dropped it’s annual list of Top Companies in Dallas so you know I had to put the Cowboys gear on & talk about it!

Citi coming in at #1 was NOT on my bingo card. & with half the list being financial institutions, banking & insurance are running the city right now.

What really stood out to me was this list highlighting the 10 best workplaces for career growth & not 1 big tech company made the cut. I think this says a lot about where the city is shifting.
