Our last day in New York had to include a trip back to Liberty Avenue! ๐Ÿ—ฝ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡พ

First, we stopped at our favorite murti store on 101st Avenue and 108th Street for murti clothes, shalwars, kurtas, saris and a few religious items. Then we headed to Liberty Avenue to visit Danny at Tropical Isle and Roti Shop!

Our first fashion show, and it was AMAZING! โœจ

Thank you so much, B I B H U M O H A P A T R A, for inviting us to experience your Spring 2027 collection at New York Fashion Week. What a special first show for Roma and I ! ๐Ÿ’—

The collection was inspired by the legendary Marchesa Luisa Casati, a woman known for treating her life as a work of art. Bibhu brought that spirit to the runway through vibrant color, beautiful lace, feathers, sequins, dramatic silhouettes and unexpected touches of denim.

This was such an unforgettable mother-daughter experience. Our very first NYFW runway show is officially in the books! ๐Ÿฅนโœจ

Fashion Week in New York City with my daughter! ๐Ÿ—ฝ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ’—

Today was everything we hoped it would be. We stepped into the elegant world of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, visited the Bvlgari Serpenti installation and stopped by the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty โ€œYour Devotionโ€ pop-up. Each experience had its own personality, creativity and unforgettable details.

As someone who is a pharmacist by profession and has a passion for fashion, I love seeing how beauty, fragrance, fashion and art come together during New York Fashion Week.

But the best part was experiencing it all with my daughter by my side. We walked, took countless photos, explored the city and created memories that will last far beyond Fashion Week.

Fashion is beautiful, but sharing these moments with her is truly priceless. ๐Ÿ’—
