Marysville, OH is now live streaming City Council Meetings. All meetings will be archived and available for viewing at any time on your preferred device. Once archived, the on-demand feature allows viewers to choose which meeting, agenda items, or conversations they wish to watch and go directly to that particular video segment.

Jefferson County (Alabama) Commission is now streaming live - and on-demand - with Swagit Productions. Swagit's Avior Pro system is in place, giving Swagit staff the ability to direct the cameras remotely, broadcasting live, and then indexing and posting the recording shortly after the meeting has ended and all hands-free for the County.

Jefferson is also utilizing a second Swagit system - Avior One - a self-managed two-camera system designed for smaller Chambers, conference, and work session rooms.

Beaufort County, South Carolina is broadcasting their county and other public meetings live through Swagit Productions- and doing it "hands-free" - with the Swagit EASE streaming media solution. The county's newest upgrades include 24/7 captions for TV and Web, the archived meeting videos include times-stamps. And the best part, residents can search the archives for the spoken word with Swagit's Sound Search. A positive search hit for a specific spoken word will take the viewer to the exact location within any meeting that the word or phrase was spoken. IBM Global services seems to be experiencing a global service impact. We are transitioning those customers' live streams affected by this outage to our redundant provider networks.

The IBM Cloud is currently suffering a major outage, and with that, multiple services that are hosted on the platform are also down, including everybody's favorite tech news aggregator, Techmeme. Best we can tell, this is a worldwide problem and involves a networking issue, but IBM's own status
