Owning a food truck has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Not because it’s easy… but because it fits the life I actually want.

We’re not stuck in one place.
We go where the opportunity is.

Our events? 2–4 hours and we’re done.
In, serve, out.

And the community?
Some of the coolest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet.

And let’s be real…
something about food trucks just makes the food hit different.

My twins are about to turn 11 🥹

I had a free hotel night about to expire, so I surprised them with a staycation instead of using it for myself.

Pizza, movies, ice cream (of course 🍦), and even a little homeschool from the hotel.

I’d give The Lorenzo a 4.5/5.

Where should we stay next?

Happy International Women’s Day.

I’m the first business owner in my family — and hopefully not the last.

It matters to me that my daughter sees what’s possible, and that my son grows up seeing women lead, build, and create opportunity.

Still building. Still dreaming bigger.

Stepping out for something that wasn’t work… and it felt so good.

Thank you to Melina, owner of for inviting me to the Rosé & Roses Dinner 🌹

Elevated dining. Meaningful conversations. Nearly 30 incredible women in one room.

I don’t get out often but I’m learning to be more intentional. And this was worth it.

From a parking lot to the top of the city. One of my favorite events we’ve catered — Reunion Tower. Nearly 100 guests at one of the most iconic spots in DFW. This is what we built. 💛
