In my opinion, Life is a miracle. Life is Magic. Life is a blessing. 💖

Tough times will happen and it's not always easy, but remember - Life is happening FOR you, not to you. There are always lessons to be learned and personal growth to be had.

There is so much beauty in this world to savor, and so much to be grateful for. If there ever was a key to happiness, gratitude is it. And I'm so glad to be on this magical journey with you. 💕

Check out this tasty green juice recipe that I'm drinking!

Green juice recipe:

- 4 cups dark leafy greens (spinach, kale, etc) 🥬
- 1 apple, cored 🍏
- half a cucumber 🥒
- (optional) the juice of half a lemon 🍋

Progress equals happiness! If you stop growing you're going to be unhappy. So get clear on your goals and work towards them. No matter how small the progress is, it's always a step in the right direction! Never give up. Avoid stagnation, and you'll continue to blossom into the beautiful flower that I know you are. 🙂

I have been having so much fun creating the 'Unlocking the Good Life' Podcast! 😁

I officially have 12 episodes recorded so far, I've been interviewing experts and covering a range of topics involving wellness & personal development - such as nutrition, fitness, mindset, self-care, anxiety relief techniques, preventing burnout, self discovery, healing, chakras, and more. ❤

Now I'm just working on finishing editing all the episodes and preparing for the podcast launch!

I love starting my day by relaxing and drinking coffee or tea in the backyard. It has become an integral part of my morning routine. My sleep and well-being has become much better because of it. ❤

Feeling ambitious? You can always add extra benefits by going for a walk or exercising outside in the morning. 🙂

If for some reason you can't go outside, soaking up morning light through a window is the next best thing.

P.S. Don't wear sunglasses, you want your eyes to soak up the daylight. 🌞

Spending time in nature is incredibly beneficial for health.

Besides the fact that It's beautiful and calming. Spending time outside reduces stress, improves mood, boosts the immune system, and improves sleep.

A daily habit of spending time in nature is a really great habit to adopt! Even if it's just 5 minutes sitting in your backyard with a cup of tea, you will gain benefits. ❤

Learning and growing is so rewarding. That's why reading books is one of the best things you can do for yourself! The simple act of reading a good book can change your life.
