**Second Suspect in Fatal South Dallas Street Racing Crash Turns Herself In**
DALLAS — A second suspect involved in a deadly street racing crash on Mother’s Day in South Dallas has turned herself in, according to Dallas police.
Sharonda Clark, 47, surrendered to authorities on Wednesday in connection with the crash that killed 59-year-old Jose Ambrocio Medina Soto. Clark now faces multiple charges, including collision involving death, collision involving serious bodily injury, racing on a highway causing death, and other related offenses. Her bond has been set at \$375,000.
Before Clark's arrest, investigators had only surveillance images of her vehicle and license plate. A \$5,000 reward had been offered for information leading to her capture.
The incident occurred on May 11, when police say Clark was racing another driver, 31-year-old Kadishjah Jackson, on a South Dallas street. According to police, Jackson's blue Ford Fusion lost control, crossed into oncoming traffic, and collided with Soto’s pickup truck. The impact caused Jackson’s vehicle to overturn, trapping her and her two passengers. Soto died at the scene.
Clark, who was driving a black Cadillac, reportedly fled after the crash. Surveillance footage from a nearby business showed both vehicles moments before the collision. The Cadillac was seen leaving the scene, while the Fusion remained overturned.
Jackson, the first suspect arrested, was taken into custody after being released from the hospital. She is facing charges including manslaughter, multiple counts of aggravated assault, and several counts of racing on a highway causing serious bodily injury. Her bond is set at \$1 million.
Dallas police continue to investigate the case.
