Celebration of festive season that started with Durga Puja is about to come to an end with Bhai Phota on 23-10-2025. A whole bunch of Bengalis will be departing Bengal to their respective workplace leaving behind their loved ones and family behind. Their absence will be acutely felt and a large part of the population will be suffering from an empty nest syndrome.

It was indeed sad that Celebration of the Durga Puja came to an end with LOKKHI PUJA but celebrations never end in India. Come 20th October and it will be time to celebrate Goddess Mahakali and Maa Laxmi the Goddess of abundance. This episode is dedicated to welcoming Maa on her arrival tonight on Narak Chaturdashi.

On the Auspicious night of Sharad Purnima (Full Moon) the Durga Puja festival in Bengal that starts from Mahalaya comes to a conclusion by Celebrating Goddess KOJAGORI LOKHHI PUJO. Goddess LOKHHI is none other than Goddess Laxmi, the blesser or health, wealth and prosperity.
It is indeed a sad that Celebration of the Durga Puja is coming to an end but there is hope that the festive season will resume again next year.
