Crusty Bread Bowl Filled with Rich Seafood Soup
Ingredients:

4 small round bread loaves (soup bowls)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup crab meat (or lobster, if preferred)
1 cup clam chowder (or fish stock)
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Hollow out the bread loaves, leaving a thick border.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add shrimp and crab (or lobster), cooking until just opaque. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour in clam chowder and heavy cream, stirring until the soup thickens slightly.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning.
Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed bread bowls.
Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot, and enjoy the creamy seafood goodness!
