Heartbeat of Indian Country is calling you home. Join us for the 66th Annual Eastern Shoshone Indian Days Powwow in Fort Washakie, Wyoming

A celebration of culture, family, song, dance, resilience, and the spirit of our people. This year, we are honored to welcome back the legendary, Oscar-nominated Otter Trail as our Southern Host. Their music and presence have inspired generations, and we are proud to have them return to help carry our songs and traditions forward.

From grand entries and handgames to horse relays, specials, youth powwow, Indian games, community feast, and powerful singing from across Indian Country. This weekend is about coming together as one people.

Bring your families. Bring your camp. Bring your hearts home to the circle.

📣 Tomorrow is the first day of Cultural Camp! 🪶✨

Registration will officially close tomorrow at 9:30 AM, so don't miss this opportunity to register your Dallas ISD Native students in Kindergarten through 8th grade!

We have an exciting week planned where students will learn about the many Native tribes that lived in and moved throughout Texas over time. Most importantly, they will have the opportunity to build community, make new friends, and connect with other Native students from across Dallas ISD.

This is more than a camp—it's a chance to celebrate culture, learn history, and strengthen community.

Register before 9:30 AM tomorrow!
