🪑Grandma Always Kept an Empty Chair

Grandma used to keep an empty chair on the porch.

Back then, I didn’t understand why.

Now I do. ❤️🍃

We’ll save them a seat too.

🪑 Why I keep A Empty Chair
Porch Talk W/ Abigail

My husband used to sit in that chair.

Now I leave it open for anybody carrying more than they let on.

We’ll save them a seat too. ❤️🍃

🍇 The Sweetest Grapes Stay on the Vine | Porch Talk with Abigail

Funny thing about grapes…

The sweetest ones spend the longest time on the vine.

Sometimes we rush things because they look ready. But the things worth remembering usually come from the long days of waiting.

People ain’t much different.

Stay planted long enough to become who you’re supposed to be. 🌱🍇

🌅 If I Could Go Back for Five Minutes…

If I could go back in time for just five minutes…

I wouldn’t ask for more money.

I wouldn’t ask for a bigger house.

I’d just find my husband and give him a hug. ❤️

Funny how the things we spend so much time worrying about don’t seem nearly as important looking back.

☕ Pull up a chair and stay awhile.

Nobody tells you that as you get older, things get quieter.

Not because life stops happening.

But because you start noticing what really matters.

If this message found you today, pull up a chair and stay awhile. ❤️
