CELTIC FROST SURPRISE MEMORIAL WEEKEND REUNION!
The legendary Swiss heavy metal group CELTIC FROST, popular in the 1980s and early 1990s, regrouped for a special performance over the weekend. Original members included; drummer Reed St. Mark, lead throat Tom Gabriel Fischer, guitarists Ron Marks, and V. Santura.
The reunion took place over Memorial Day weekend, at the "MARYLAND DEATHFEST." CELTIC FROST formed in 1984, and disbanded in 2008, after several incarnations of the group. Leaving it's mark over the years, the group had such commercial hits such as "CHERRY ORCHARDS, and "MEXICAN RADIO."
Singer TOM GABRIEL FISCHER, continues his career as frontman of the bands TRIPTYKON, and TRIUMPH OF DEATH. Meanwhile, Guitarist RON MARKS, announced his new single "VELVET VALLEY" dropping June 3rd via DSN Music. The group reunion was unknown to fans, performing right after TRIPTYKON's "MARYLAND DEATHFEST" set.
