In celebration of 15 years of The Roundup’s digital publication, this year’s banquet brought together current staff, alumni, and distinguished guests for an evening honoring the legacy of student journalism.
Among those in attendance were former Editors-in-Chief Robert Uhl ‘11 and Logan Thompson ‘24, along with former Managing Editor Anthony Nguyen ‘24 and Pierce Durham ‘14. The event also welcomed Dr. Michael Degen, Fr. Jon Polce, S.J., Mr. Ian Berry, and Mr. Joe Nava.
The evening was hosted by Editor-in-Chief Zach Ingham ‘26 and Managing Editor Sebastian Suwanda ‘26, who opened the program and continued the tradition of recognizing outstanding writers through editor awards. The banquet also featured the announcement of next year’s leadership team, a keynote address by Alumnus Robert Uhl, and the presentation of the prestigious Durham Family Award to 2026-2027 Managing Editor Reese Beaudoin ‘28 and Assistant Managing Editor Noah Cowley ‘28.
Thank you to Dr. Degen, President Mike Earsing, and Principal Tom Garrison, as well as everyone who has contributed to The Roundup’s 15-year journey. Here’s to the next chapter of excellence in student journalism.
