AWARE is a component fund of The Dallas Foundation, a 501(c)3 publicly supported charity. In partnership with the Foundation AWARE conducts an annual grant review process by which grant applicants are carefully and thoughtfully vetted to ensure that grant dollars are awarded to organizations that provide outstanding services to Alzheimer’s patients and their caregivers, and to those research institutions that are at the forefront of medical research in the treatment, prevention, and cure of Alzheimer’s disease. Zero Hunger Zero Waste Foundation are kicking off the holidays with its 3 rd annual community hunger campaign, End Hunger Here. The company is aiming to raise $1.3 million in cash and in-kind donations this year – which translates to 4 million meals, in partnership with five area food banks, including North Texas Food Bank, Tarrant Area Food Bank, East Texas Food Bank, Food Bank of Central Louisiana and Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana.
