If you don’t tell your story, others will — and they’ll rewrite it their way.

I’ve learned so much in this season, I don’t know how to share them, but I’d try.

One thing I can’t stand is when people assume that every woman struggling with obesity is simply gluttonous. It’s such a shallow and hurtful mindset.
Not every extra pound comes from overeating — sometimes it’s hormones, genetics, stress, trauma, or medical conditions we can’t control. Some women fight silent battles every day, eating clean, exercising faithfully, and still facing the same number on the scale.
Before you judge, remember — you don’t know what someone’s body has been through. Compassion goes a lot further than criticism.

Lessons to live by ✨

🤍 Enjoy your pace and your process — it’s all part of the growth.
🤍 Delayed gratification will always outlast instant pleasure.
🤍 Listen to people at your own peril. If they try to rush your journey, block the noise and protect your peace.
🤍 Keep your eyes straight ahead — don’t look left or right.
🤍 Move in silence. Your progress doesn’t need an audience.
🤍 Privacy is golden. Nobody can destroy what they don’t know about.

One of the hardest things a young woman can face is being married to someone who hasn’t matured—emotionally, mentally, or spiritually.
Imagine being with a partner who records your moments of disagreement, not to resolve them, but to use them as evidence against you.
Imagine a spouse who threatens to walk away instead of choosing love, patience, and wisdom when things get tough.
Imagine being married, yet living separately in every sense—no unity, no shared purpose, no real togetherness.
Imagine someone who listens only to argue, not to understand… someone who shuts down healthy conversation because they can’t handle a different opinion.
It’s heartbreaking. But if you find yourself in this kind of situation, please don’t lose hope.
Hold on to God.
He sees your pain, He hears your prayers, and He will fight your battles in His perfect time.
Keep your peace and keep your faith—He will make all things right.

Life is a school, and no one ever truly graduates from it.
Every stage comes with its own lessons — some easy, some humbling. That’s why before making big decisions, it’s wise to seek counsel. But here’s the catch: who you seek counsel from matters just as much as the advice itself.
Not everyone has the maturity, empathy, or emotional sensitivity to see things from a balanced point of view. Sometimes, when you open up about a personal matter hoping for insight, people end up misunderstanding your intentions or judging you instead.
That’s why discernment is key. Surround yourself with people who listen to understand, not just to respond. People who have depth, not just opinions. Because advice given from immaturity or pride can derail you just as much as a bad decision can.

Normalize living at your own pace.
You’re not behind — your times and seasons are in God’s hands. Do your part with diligence and faith, but when you’ve done all you can by effort, rest in the One who sees you and knows your path.
Let people talk; opinions will change when God’s hand begins to speak for you. The same mouths that spoke against you will testify of His goodness in your life.
