Announcement: Mangled Carpenters Salvation Syndrome – Deluxe + Remastered edition coming to digital and streaming sites via Rottweiler Records and Broken Curfew Records.

We’re excited to announce that Mangled Carpenter’s debut album Salvation Syndrome is making a triumphant return to Spotify this Friday—with a brand-new Deluxe + Remastered edition.

The original version of Salvation Syndrome was unexpectedly removed from Spotify (though it remains available on all other major streaming platforms as far as we can tell). Rather than simply re-uploading it, the band took this opportunity to revisit and enhance the release.

The Deluxe + Remastered version features the full remastered album plus previously digitally unreleased instrumental tracks from the original sessions—giving fans a fresh take on the brutality they’ve come to love.

There are currently no plans for a physical edition, but if demand is strong enough, that could change.

Keep your eyes (and ears) open—Salvation Syndrome (Deluxe + Remastered) drops this Friday on digital and streaming sites.

So in the last few months I've received several emails and multiple comments showing disgruntlement with our sharing of posts and friendship with Abated Mass of Flesh.

First off, Zack and I are personal friends. We have spent countless hours in discussion ranging from God, metal, exercise, life, marriage & family, philosophy / theology, art, bears, and baby masses of flesh (we love those shirts dude). Why is that important, because even in his epistemic and theological journey, while it differs from mine, we are friends and enjoy the robust differences we approach those subjects with.

Some of the communication I've received about our continuing support of AMOF has been done with respect and curiosity - thats totally fine to do. Others have been bitter, angry, and downright vicious about a group of people or at least a person that, from what I gather from the tone of the messages, the writer has no real relationship with.

If Zack was being a persistent anti-Christian prick I could understand the intense pushback, I mean I get that - however Zack hasn't been an anti-Christian prick, he's a man who's taking a faith journey - faith in what or whom, well thats something of personal matter don't you think - something that he might feel way more comfortable discussing with his friends.

There's a lot to that decision that he made that's only up to him to share and delve into, but sadly when he's shared about it, he's been met with that anger and p**s 'n' vinegar from almost exclusively Christian metal fans.

If you as a Christian feel betrayed by Zack's life choice, I mean really feel betrayed by this wonderful human, that's something you have to wrestle with, but with God, not Zack.

Never place a person in such high regard that their life choices, if and when they drastically differ from yours, cause such a riff in your attitude, mind, and dare I say soul that you then would find it justified to be a dick to that very person you held in regard. It's definitely not a good look for a Christ follower.

Here at the label we stand by our friends in Abated Mass of Flesh and will continue to show them love and support because thats what friends do. As a Christian myself what kind of example of Jesus am I being if I don't show care, love, and concern for those friends of mine, regardless of their personal belief differences?

Who knows where Zack's journey will take him, he knows my stance and position of faith, God, and so on - guess what, we're still friends and we will still keep sharing his music!

Oh, and if you're one of those people who wants to send us emails and comments being p**sed at us for being their friends im sorry, you don't understand the assignment, either way, we love you all.
