I was Mormon. I was lost and torn in my faith. I was broken and literally beaten down by the people around me and I never turned my faith towards God. I steered away in a full fledged run and thought riches and blessings would come my way.

He always seemed to seep in through the painful cracks I endured through the years. It wasn’t until recently did I UNDERSTAND who he is and what he did for US.

I know it’s weird to see a woman who preached so poorly on a community of people, because of my trauma, to now speak on God and her beliefs. I’m not here to preach though, I am here to share my story, just as I hope you do!

I believe faith is real, and repentance. I believe we all are just trying to find a way to make it through this life, and will falter. I will never look down on you for your faith. I believe in not just worship, but serving him.

I am blessed and so are you, even when it doesn’t feel like it. I’m proud of you. Which may not be much coming from a stranger, but know that you are alive and bettering yourself everyday and deserve recognition in that.

Happy July, and I pray that we all find clarity and peace in the chaos🤍🙏Amen.
