"Release It Gworl"

Let's write it down:
A burden
A fear
A regret
A relationship

Freedom From...

America celebrates freedom.
But today we're celebrating a different kind.

Freedom from:

I want you to think about something.

You remembered everyone's needs.

Everyone's feelings.

Everyone's emergencies.

Everyone's dreams.

But somewhere along the way...

Did you forget yourself?

Did you stop checking in with your own heart?

Did you stop asking yourself what you need?

What you want?

What brings you peace?

Today isn't about guilt.

It's simply a reminder.

You matter too.

So tell me...

What's one thing you've been needing that you haven't given yourself?

Create a "Remember Me List."

Comment 3 things you're committing to doing for yourself this month.

07/03/2026

"What if you've spent so much time saving everyone else that you forgot yourself?"

You remembered everybody else's birthdays.
Everybody else's emergencies.
Everybody else's problems.
Everybody else's dreams.
But when was the last time you checked on YOU?

Many women don't lose themselves overnight.
They lose themselves one sacrifice at a time.

What's something you've neglected about yourself while helping others?
