Finished a carousel out of DT supplies: three plates, four clear deer, one sparkly ornament, pearl sticky strips from the sticker section of the craft aisle, one snowflake ornament (double sided white sparkly) one six pack of icicle ornaments, large clear bowl, package clear marbles, and white fairy lights (and batteries).
The marbles go between the plates after carefully drilling a hole through both the center of two of the plastic plates and putting a nut and bolt through, then the nut underneath. Less marbles makes it spin faster. That was the hardest part probably and getting the icicles the correct height and glueing them under the plate. The fairy lights I just taped under the bottom of the plate with the battery pack out for easy turning on and off. The ornament in the middle is covered in sparkly Cricut paper which they also sell but you could glue more icicles in the middle instead. The support could be a toilet paper roll. In my case I used an empty Serger thread spool. The snowflake ornament can be separated into multiple pieces to decorate the top and one of the leftover icicle pieces through the middle of the hole in the snowflake. It’s all hot glued together but I don’t like that it’s not clear so you could use E500 glue. If you want videos there are some different versions on TikTok or even YouTube

I’m working on making my kitchen more rustic & Mexican style. I started by painting the walls a salmon orange. And then I added this “talavera” tile-style adhesive to the archway that I found at Dollar Tree.
Materials:
8 x Self-Adhesive Wall Tiles
Gorilla Glue
Tape measure
Scissors
Marker
I measured archway. Cut tiles. And used glue because adhesive wasn’t sticky enough for my wall.

How I make these guys. 2 fishbowls from Dollar tree. Coat the inside with modpodge (some people use mop n glo but I never have) add glitter and run it around inside the bowls until completely covered. Set aside and let dry until you no longer see white modpodge. Using E6000 I glue the two bowls together and let sit and dry. Usually takes a couple hours. I use my cricut for the faces(I can't paint to save my life) Add on what ever embellishments you choose. I use hot glue and E6000 to glue everything in place. Let sit and dry. Either add them to a painted round or leave like they are. Enjoy.

Dollar tree lollipops for Valentine’s Day. I do these for my coworkers. You can do them for kids.
everything came from the dollar tree. To make the pop it was the small bowls from dollar trees party section. Paper straws and treat bags. Tied with a piece of ribbon. The stuff on the bottom of the cups is from the party section of dollar tree it’s the filler paper. And I filled it with a box of smarties, valentines tootsie rolls and Hershey kisses. All from dollar tree
