✨Ingredients✨
• 1 banana, mashed
• 200 ml cashew milk
• 3 tbsp date syrup
• 1 tbsp cashew butter
• a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla
• a pinch of salt
• 125 g gluten free oat flakes (ground)
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Dark chocolate
✨ Instructions ✨
1. Preheat oven to 160C.
2. Mash the banana and add all the wet ingredients. Next, add your dry ingredients and chocolate chips until combined.
3. Place your mixture into a small baking dish and place some chocolate chips on top.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
5. Decorate with dark chocolate. Enjoy! 💖
6. You may add fresh fruit and some nut butter or yogurt.
