***Preliminary Report***

**N119RM – Cessna 750 | Fort Myers, Florida | May 9, 2026**

A Cessna 750 business jet was substantially damaged during landing following a gear-up touchdown at an airport near Fort Myers, Florida. The captain and first officer were not injured.

The crew reported repeated **crew alerting system (CAS)** warnings during earlier and current flight segments, including alerts related to a tail cone door and system leaks. During approach, the landing checklist was reportedly interrupted and not fully completed.

Surveillance footage confirmed the aircraft touched down with the landing gear retracted and slid along the runway before coming to a stop. The nose gear began deploying after the aircraft had already stopped.

The aircraft sustained significant fuselage damage and has been retained for further investigation.
