This guy called our Dirty Little Secret hotline and dropped a BOMBSHELL. His neighbor kept a dog outside 24/7 in 100+ degree Texas heat with just a raggedy doghouse and old water bowl.⁣

Animal control said they couldn't help because "technically" the dog had shelter and water. So homeboy hopped the fence, took the dog, and sent him to live on a farm in East Texas.⁣
