Dr. Henry's career has been extensive, ranging from educating children with dyslexia to educating teachers about dyslexia. She's published a book, written and published numerous articles, and even wrote in the Judith R. Birsch book, Multisensory Teaching of Basic Language Skills.

Dr. Henry has also been active in the International Dyslexia Association for decades.

She says she's retired, but she's still out there making a difference at a school near her home!

Sadness, frustration, lack of motivation, and task avoidance can all be signs of an underlying learning disability.
