Can someone tell me what I did wrong? I smoked my first brisket at 250 for 4hrs then wrapped it for 3 more. The internal temp reached 205* so I took it out and let it rest. It was so tough not tender at all. So sad

After years of Pit Boss ownership, I thought I’d finally get my man card and purchased a Recteq (BYB1200). Thank you for the add! Hopefully this does better than my last PB.
Always used Lumberjack pellets in the past, any experience on how they do with Recteq?
