The Meridian at The Village Dallas will officially reopen its doors on Friday, October 17, ushering in a new chapter as a refined neighborhood eatery led by Executive Chef Eduardo Osorio.
Executive Chef Eduardo Osorio’s mastery of live-fire cooking, a craft he has perfected over years in the kitchen.
Signature dishes include:
Wagyu Tallow Seared Oysters, kissed over the hearth with pancetta and espelette
Foie & Sea Island Cornbread, topped with brown butter and optional caviar applied tableside
Buzzed & Aged Burger
Lumache Lamb Bolognese
Snake River White Sturgeon with chanterelles and creamed leeks
A selection of dry-aged steaks from the hearth, including a 21-Day Dry Aged Ribeye with smoked tomato bordelaise.
I've included additional details on the press release below, including Meridian's family-style Sunday Supper ($99), which serves 3–4 people and features whole fried chicken with cornbread, charred broccolini, pimento grits, and dessert. In keeping with Meridian’s community-first ethos, 20% of Sunday Supper sales will benefit Meat Fight, a local nonprofit supporting those living with MS.
Meridian is located at 5605 Village Glen Dr, Dallas, TX 75206 and officially opens Friday, October 17 at The Village Dallas. Reservations will be available on OpenTable.
