Sweets by Her Sweets by Her is a small business that caters to the DFW area with great-tasting confectionery treats ranging from custom cakes to cupcakes and more.

Sweets by her is a specialty home bakery whipping up custom special-occasion cakes and treats. I always enjoyed watching my mom bake in the kitchen as a child. I have a huge family with 10 aunts and uncles so when we get together it's a crowd. For every family event, she makes 2 or more cakes or pies and everyone always loves them and at times makes requests. When I went to college I played volleyball but during the off-season, I worked in the bakery at the local country club, and then I realized that I could do this professionally and I was pretty good at it. Fast forward to 2012 I started baking cakes for friends and friends as a side business to my 9 to 5 and Sweets by her was born. Now as a full-time entrepreneur I have the job of making money doing something that I genuinely love and have a passion for. I enjoy expressing my creative side through cakes and treats because of the joy they bring to others. Going from a vision or drawing and bringing it to sweet life is a very majestic process and I love it.
