Every ticket and sponsorship funds Elévate, a training program delivered to break generational cycles of poverty, for families and entrepreneurs. Proceeds go to Dev Culture, Inc a non-profit providing holistic pathways and opportunities to create lasting change.

Celebrating the people who help make Grapevine a stronger community.

Today, we are proud to recognize Patrick & Duff O’Dell as a valued supporter of Celebra Grapevine 2026.

A Grapevine resident since 1985, Duff has dedicated decades to public service and community involvement. Since 2014, she has represented Place 6 on the Grapevine City Council, while also serving with organizations including the Grapevine Rotary Club, Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, Grapevine Historical Society, Grapevine Heritage Foundation, GRACE, and the Bay View Club of Grapevine.

Her commitment to Grapevine extends across economic development, historic preservation, senior services, public safety, animal welfare, and many other community initiatives.

Her years of service have been recognized through honors including Grapevine’s D. E. Box Citizen of the Year, Woman of the Year, and Don Raney Community Spirit Award.

Thank you, Duff, for being part of Celebra Grapevine 2026: Passport to Culture.

The Navarro Group invite you to Viva Dallas, the official Dallas Mexican Independence Festival, Procession and Grito, on Saturday, September 12, from 5pm – 9pm at Dallas City Hall Plaza.
Kick off Hispanic Heritage Month at this FREE celebration and celebrate with music, crafts, fine spirits, ales, Mexican street food, and the best Dallas entertainment from Mariachis, Bandas, and much more.
The procession takes place at 6pm and the official Grito starts at 7:00 p.m. The fun continues with great music.
