Si Junelie Otero Barrios (ipinanganak noong Hunyo 12, 1968, sa mga magulang ng Manobo), na kilala bilang Bayang Barrios, ay isang Pilipinong musikero at mang-aawit na nagmula sa Bunawan, Agusan del Sur. Minsan niyang minaliit ang kanyang etnikong pinagmulan, hanggang sa nakilala niya ang songwriter-performer na si Joey Ayala at sumali sa kanyang banda, Ang Bagong Lumad. Marami sa kanyang mga kilalang kanta, lalo na ang mga nai-record sa Ayala, ay gumamit ng mga katutubong instrumentong Pilipino. Ang kanyang palayaw na Bayang ay nagmula sa kanyang pare-parehong pamumuno sa pag-awit ng pambansang awit ng Pilipinas, ang Lupang Hinirang.
