Regular roof inspections are crucial for North Texas residents.
From the street, the roof appeared to be in good condition, but a closer examination revealed extensive hail damage. Upon commencing the tear-off process, we discovered two areas of water-damaged decking. Fortunately, we detected the issue early, preventing further damage and costly repairs. The homeowner ultimately required a complete roof replacement, and the damaged decking, which was already showing signs of mildew, was replaced.
The homeowner now has a durable, high-quality roof capable of withstanding the spring storm season and beyond.
