Just in: Zoe Kazan and Jeb Stuart to adapt Larry McMurtry’s Pulitzer Prize-winning western Lonesome Dove in partnership with Teton Ridge Entertainment and Netflix. 🤠

The story is billed as a sweeping odyssey of longing, loyalty, and frontier justice, chronicling a colorful cast of characters chasing a version of the American dream that may already be slipping away. The series adapts the first novel in McMurtry's celebrated Lonesome Dove saga.

Joining Kazan and Stuart as executive producers are Thomas Tull, Jillian Share, and Jen Gorton of Teton Ridge Entertainment, along with Jon Jashni, Diana Ossana, and Curtis McMurtry (Larry’s grandson, James’ son).
