Your DA and judge hasn't revoked his bond.

Jonah Garza was 23 days old. 21 fractured bones. Corner fractures on both femurs. His brain was described as "mushy" by the Dallas County Medical Examiner. Doctors said the abuse happened over several days.

He died November 24, 2024. It was ruled homicide, by blunt force injuries.

As of today, April 21, 2026, Andrew Garza, has been charged with Capital Murder for Jonah Garza's death. However, he is out on bond - even after he failed to appear to court for the Capital Murder charge.

Jonah Jesus Garza was failed by his father, then by , then by a justice system that hasnโ€™t prosecuted his killer, then by a those at the company whose job it was to keep him alive. He deserves accountability. So do the others.
